A beautiful Trip to Rishikesh (Part-II)

My friend Rishi Jain took the charge of our car this time. After drive of 2-3 KMs down the hill we stopped at a place from where way to Patna Water fall starts. During our very first visit to Rishikesh we did go there to have a wonder full bath & a awesome experience with our instructor. This waterfall was around one & half kilometer away from our car parking. We had to do a very hard tracking to reach there, Whole path was full of stones & hills. It was almost vertical climbing without rope. We made our-self tired to reach there with a belief that we are going to experience something that will hijack all of out pain instantly. Same thing happened. We did see the nature at its best. Whole view was out of world. We reached there full of tiredness & saw upside in towards edge of that natural miracle. A cool wave of air mixed with little water drops passed around and that made us feel fresh like never before. We could simply say only one word "WOW".

After being refreshed in cool & clean environment we returned back to our car.

We have to face big traffic jam while returning back to Rishikesh city as it being Sunday & lots of people comes here to get thrilled by various adventure activities around this area. Parked our cad on side of the road and then marched to rafting office, from there we travelled to Marine Drive that was 24Km away with our raft loaded on top of the jeep. We met four Hariyanwi boys there came for rafting. They are going to be our partner in raft. We all Reached at Marine drive and started dressing up for rafting. We wore our life jacket and helmet on head then picked our rafting paddle.

We was with our instructor "Vivek" on air filled boat on lifeline of millions, holy river The Ganga. We was total ten people in middle of 100 ft. deep water along with our instructor. He gave us a little session instructions of around 15 mins and then with three loud shouts of "Ganga Maiya ki Jai" we started paddling hard. Me, Arpit & Rishi was in front of raft and Vivek at extreme back. Middle space was filled with rest of our friends.
Very soon we reached to first hurdle of our water journey, this was a rapid of level 3 as informed by our instructor. Water was very unstable in that area and our boat was hit hard by water. A loud instruction of fast forward came from behind and we all started paddling even harder & fast with full of activeness. Cold water in hot weather jumped back toward all us to make wet & full us with enthusiasm. Thus we successfully pass by this area with feeling of increasing excitement. Like this we crossed rapid no.2-3-4-5 and getting thrilled again & again with much more aggravation every time. There was only one shout that kept us alive was "Ganga Maiya ki Jai". After one hour of playing with waves we reached to the still part of Ganga & our instructor asked us to jump into the water. With little fear in mind & little confidence in heart seven out of nine jumped in lapel of mother Ganga.

We just made our body horizontal to water, closed our eyes and relaxed with calm mind. This is being called body surfing. We were flowing with river & raft freely passing through beautiful sights of nature, surrounded by high mountains on both side & cold water around us. After fifteen minutes or so we returned back to our raft & very soon we reached a point called Cliff Jumping point. On our right side while we were surfing with flow of water there was a rock, top of which was around 30feet away from surface of water. People was climbing on that rock & jumping in water. We were also same queue. Rishi was first to go. But he didn't jump rather I have to pushed him & throw him into water & me was second. I took 5 mins to convince myself but did very well. Those two seconds in air between sky & earth blanked mind completely. Just out of the world experience. Arpit also tried to jump. He kept standing at edge of rock for 30mins but never jumped even after several failed attempt made by all of us. Shubham didn't even bother to try. Rahul was like underdog. He was a man who refused to go even for rafting. During our whole water journey he never jumped into water for body surfing. But after some motivational words from Rishi's mouth he wend for a jump in full walking speed & jumped in a flash. That was most appreciated moment by us.

After lots of fun it was a time for stomach worship. He all were hungry & could find Maggie only to eat. It was little expensive there at jumping point but tastier as never before. We were tired as hell, returned back to our raft and after little journey we reached at our destination. We have to took boat at our shoulders to take it upto jeep of our instructor. Then we tracked back to our car parking area and once again steering was in my control. Crossing some traffic Jam we came out of Rishikesh & bypassing Haridwar reached to Roorkee. There we took our much awaited dinner. Our mobile batteries was at dying stage. Facing some Traffic again in Muzaffarnagar we navigated through Deoband & reached our houses little after midnight.

Thus after two days of full masti only memories & experience left back with us. I tried to collect some of them here. But this post is only a trailer of our two days long superhit movie.

A beautiful Trip to RishiKesh

Hello Friends...
As I have already mentioned about my interest in travelling & adventure, this is blog is all about my latest trip to Rishikesh (http://www.rishikeshtourism.in/), the world capital of Yoga. It was a very much awaited trip to reinstall my mind after a very exhausted & tensed past few days. We were five persons in total. I was with two of my bestest ever friends, Two friends who are friend in need also who are friends indeed. I forgot to mention driving as one of my interest. We started with own car at 3.00 in afternoon. It was around 205 KM journey. https://www.google.co.in/maps/dir/Rishikesh,+Uttarakhand/Hapur,+Uttar+Pradesh/@29.3756956,77.2688442,9z/data=!3m1!4b1!4m13!4m12!1m5!1m1!1s0x39093e67cf93f111:0xcc78804a6f941bfe!2m2!1d78.2676116!2d30.0869281!1m5!1m1!1s0x390c85a8ac4090a3:0x9d56142f6a3d34e6!2m2!1d77.7758825!2d28.7305798.
I got the toughest part of driving & a very unique experience. It was Hills & Jungle of Rajaji National Park around 9.00PM of night. (http://www.rajajinationalpark.co.in/index.htm). We stayed there in jungle inside a tent. Whole surrounding was full of nature, happiness, refreshment, music & enjoyment. We did bonefire at bank of a branch of river Ganga. All of us took a dinner together. And then sat in middle of that river on some big stones for hours. We just keep talking to each other, doing some funny things, laughing at each other & joking hard. Fully lost between cold water and cold swing of air. It has already became 2.00AM since we went in our tents for a tension free sleep.

Now our morning starts as early as 6.00AM. It started right doing the same things, it ended last night. Leg pulling of each other. Played badminton, volleyball & did some photography of our camp & that crystal clear river. So we started our day with excitement & lots of masti. Bathed in river flowing very near to our camp, After doing heavy breakfast we all packed our bags for one another day and said goodbye to camp.
